As we move into the festive season, construction activity across Harlow continues to progress strongly.
November Construction Update: Exciting Changes Ahead at Harlow
With significant advancements in Stages 6 and 7 and exciting developments for our newly relocated Sales Office, there is plenty to share this month.
Stage 6 & 7
Stages 6 and 7 have seen consistent momentum throughout November. Road boxing commenced this week, signalling an important step forward as both stages move closer to their next phases of delivery. Pits and pipes installation is also nearing completion, with approximately 90% now in place across the two stages.
Stormwater drainage for Stage 6 is now fully complete, and outfall drainage works have commenced, further strengthening the foundation for upcoming construction activity. The subgrade pavement layer has also been laid in Stage 6, contributing to the overall stability of the road network within the precinct.
In Stage 7, road crossings remain on schedule and are expected to be completed before Christmas, keeping the program on track. Dual water reticulation for Stage 7 is progressing well and is anticipated to be finalised next week.
Sales Office Relocation
Our Sales Office relocation has reached a major milestone, with the office now moved to its new location on Hurst Drive! The finishing touches will take place over the next month, as we look forward to opening our doors once again early in the New Year – stay tuned!
