As we wrap up the year and look ahead to a big 2026, construction activity across Harlow has continued at a steady pace.
December Construction Update: A Strong Finish to 2025 at Harlow
December has delivered several exciting milestones, with major works completed and more progressing well across Stages 5, 6 and 7. Carry on reading to catch up on all the latest!
Stage 5
A significant achievement this month for Stage 5, with Practical Completion now achieved! This is an exciting milestone for future residents, bringing us another step closer to welcoming more new neighbours in the New Year.
Stages 6 & 7
It’s been another productive month across Stages 6 and 7, with substantial progress made to close out 2025.
Earthworks are now complete across both stages, forming a strong foundation for the next phases of delivery. Drainage and sewer works have been finalised on Turmeric Street, with similar works across Stages 6 and 7 now 90% complete.
Road boxing and water works along Springfall Road are on track to be completed before Christmas, keeping momentum high as we move into the new year. Stormwater drainage works connecting to the wetland outfall are progressing well and are scheduled for completion in early January.
In Stage 6, the sub-base pavement layer is expected to be completed before the end of the year, forming an important step toward future road construction. Water and gas installation in Stage 6 has also commenced, ensuring services continue to advance across the precinct.
Sales Office
Our Sales Office is progressing toward its refreshed look, with landscaping and internal fit-out works underway throughout early December. This will help create an inviting and functional space for future residents and visitors as we look forward to reopening our doors in the New Year.
